How to Play
Start by obtaining an empty prison that fails to secure even the ordinary prisoners. Construct new cells to enhance your prison's security. Reinforce doors to stop escapes and add surveillance cameras to watch prisoner activities. Hire security guards to watch over the premises and manage unruly inmates. Improve your chief overseer by making him faster, enhancing his defensive capabilities, and enabling him to carry more prisoners.
